She is so amazing! Is always a judgment free zone was speaking with her. She makes me feel very comfortable, as if we known each other for years. She takes her time with getting to know me. I love that she gives me lessons after sessions, just to help me improve myself more. I truly appreciate everything she has done, will do, and is doing with me.

Fantastic therapist…. Listens and will redirect if im off loading too much info … shares personal experiences to allow cohesion…. And very versatile in regard to communication style….

I filled out the questionnaire to be paired with a therapist to better understand what I wanted to get out of therapy. I had several therapists that I was paired with. You don't know if the one you selected will be the right one for you. After our first session Carolyn shared some personal information with me that she had experienced some of the same problems. At that point I felt connected and new she had my best mental and emotional health at heart. I have been truthful and honest and have not withheld any information in our sessions. How can I move forward to forgive myself so I can do what I need to do so others can forgive me?
