Are you overwhelmed with life issues and need some support?
Do you feel anxious and would like to learn how to feel calm?
Does every day feel like a battle against the ache of loss? Are you feeling lost in the darkness of grief, unsure how to move forward?
Would you like to feel acknowledged and validated?
Let's not sugar coat it, life is hard! Sometimes friends/family/work colleagues can listen but don't hear, they look but don't see. We can often feel unheard and invisible. We can all experience times when we feel low in mood, stressed, sad, or generally overwhelmed and these are normal reactions to life occurrences However, sometimes these feelings and emotions persist and cause disruption to our ability to function with day to day living and impact on our wellbeing. You may feel judged or that you wear a mask for the outside world but this isn't you and how you really feel. You may have an overwhelming sense of not being good enough, of being consumed by anxiety, which can often leave us feeling isolated and alone or so drained, depleted and low in mood that you just don't have the strength for anything any more. It is at times like these that we certainly need to be seen and heard but we may not know where to turn for help.
My counselling experience includes supporting people with issues of overwhelm, stress (I am a certified Stress Management coach), anxiety, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, trauma, abuse, life losses, lack of meaning and purpose, social anxiety and health diagnosis in particular Cancer, working with the newly diagnosed as well as those receiving palliative care to end of life.
I have helped individuals overcome low self-esteem, low self-worth, lack of confidence, loss of sense of self/identity.
I specialise in supporting those suffering grief due to bereavement and I have enabled people to regain balance, meaning, restorative calm, so that they can regain a sense of independence to continue living their life.
I am an Accredited Pregnancy & Infant Loss Practitioner providing specialised support for all forms of Pregnancy Loss honouring the unique grief and emotions that come with each experience. (Including stillbirth, miscarriage, missed miscarriage, molar pregnancy, failed fertility treatment, ectopic, unknown location, miscarried multiple, absorbed multiple, medical/surgical termination, termination) and infant loss (including SIDS).
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience — one where you feel seen, accepted, and in control of your own journey. My approach is grounded in Person-Centred Therapy, which means I focus on creating a relationship of warmth, trust, and respect. I may also gently draw on other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), or Experiential where appropriate — but always at your pace, and with your goals in mind.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of things and move forward in a way that feels right for you. Counselling with me offers you the space and time to explore, reflect and review how you think and to have an outlet for emotion. I aim to encourage, support and empower clients to regain a sense of balance, embody change, look ahead, make informed choices and facilitate independence leading to living the life they want.
I’m someone who truly values deep listening, honesty, and helping people reconnect with their own sense of worth and direction. I know how hard it can be to reach out, and I’ll always meet you with compassion, not judgement.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Victoria is an extremely intuitive and supportive therapist. Offering insights and challenges that have pushed me forward in my healing journey. I’ve found her to be gentle and kind in her approach with me which is what I needed. She has helped me so much and I’ll forever be grateful to her.
I’m finding the sessions really helpful and starting to feel like I’m making progress and taking control of my well being. I like the variety of suggestions including some that I would not have ever tried or would have dismissed in the past.
Victoria has been excellent in helping me start the journey of really understanding myself
Only had two sessions so far, but instantly clicked with Victoria, and felt heard and understood! Makes me see past/present experiences in a new light. I have no doubt that with more time, I will find closure in past traumas and heal!
Victoria is really good at making me feel at ease, listens and gives me a lot of food for thought. All positive so far. Thank you
Victoria is wonderful. Insightful, emphatic and has many tools to support the journey. She’s very personable and just lovely. She has helped me muchly.
I was nervous about therapy as I had never tried it before. From that first greeting Victoria made me feel completely safe and welcome. She has a very reassuring, friendly and calm manner. Speaking to Victoria and using the methods she has recommended, has made me view myself and my problems in a new and constructive way. I feel confident about my future path. My therapy sessions are something I look forward to each week. I would recommend Victoria highly.
Feeling like I'm taking control of my own life for the first time thanks to Victoria. Everything is broken down in an easy to manage way, and Victoria takes great care to work through things at the right speed. Cannot recommend enough, thank you
Victoria is an amazing therapist. She listens with kindness and compassion which encourages you to think of the world from a different view point. She is like a master craftsman who, with apparent minimal effort and ease, will suddenly make a situation appear wholly different and really gives you a lot to ponder on. She is flexible in her therapeutic approach and didn't seem at all phased when we would focus on a wide range of topics and emotions. I couldn't have asked for a better support over this last year and I will never be able to thank her enough.
Victoria is a wonderful therapist, she listens and understands what you are saying or even trying to say but can’t get the right words out. She’s kind and patient, she gives you little tasks to do after the session to help with what we have just talked about and then we go over it in the next session. Victoria is really friendly and makes you feel very comfortable talking about your issues/trauma.
She is amazing, with her rights words for the right problem or feeling. Thanks to her for helping me get over a tough time and in helping me discover a newer self.
Victoria has been great, i would recommend her to anyone who would like a therapist to talk to
Victoria is kind, patience and professional. I really appreciate my weekly video sessions and look forward to them. She makes insightful observations and assists me in making connections that help me greatly. I have come to understand myself better, like myself more and be kinder to myself. So, thank you for that.
Victoria is a friendly, professional, knowledgable and all round excellent therapist. I haven't had a therapist before but she really put me at ease and with her help I have made significant life changes for the better. I have already recommended her to several friends.
Victoria is a very thoughtful therapist with lots of expertise and the ability to tailor the session completely to the patient.
Victoria has done everything in her power to help me overcome my situation and has been hugely helpful. The sessions have been very insightful and I'm glad I met her.
Victoria is really understanding of my worries and areas of work. Really takes time to dive deep and listen to my concerns.
Thanks to Victoria I am discovering part of myself that I didn’t even know I had. She is making me realise that everything is gonna be ok and that I’m gonna be ok. Really professional, kind and a woman that can really listen to what I have to say.
