As an integrative transpersonal therapist, I bring together a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. I combine academic and professional qualifications with deep experience, having been in full time practice since 2012 and acted as training supervisor for counsellors since 2018. As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I abide by their ethical code of professional conduct.
While I have a strong background in evidence-based practice, I also call on a deeply attuned intuitive presence during our work. I allow this to guide and support the therapeutic process. It will allow us to access layers of insight that may not always surface through words alone.
Everyone has their own story, pace, and process. You might wish to understand a specific pattern of thought or behaviour, process unresolved trauma, or connect with your authentic self. I believe that meaningful, lasting change happens not just at the cognitive level, but also through connection, intuition and a sense of being recognised where you are.
When you consider therapy, it’s important to find a therapist who feels right for you. A good therapeutic alliance should help you feel less alone or overwhelmed, and to gain deeper insights that will help support more conscious choices in your future.
Training, experience & qualifications
MSc Psychology
Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, accredited by the University of East London
Other relevant experience,:
Supervisor for the Psychosynthesis and Education Trust (PET) low-cost counselling service
Training supervisor for the PET Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I supervise therapists in private practice.
I draw upon years of experience working as a nurse with adults and children. This has given me a deep understanding of the vulnerability and loss of control experienced by those who are hospitalised or have children in the healthcare system.
I have also worked as a therapist for Lewisham Bereavement Services, allowing me further insight into the profound issues surrounding the loss of a loved one or close relative.
After two year break from BetterHelp undertaking academic research I am delighted to be back and have the opportunity to once again work with clients from all over the world.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
