This was my first session but I was very impressed. I really didn’t have a lot of hope going in but that was quickly changed. I am thankful for Jetona and BetterHelp. I would absolutely never have gone in to an office. This is so helpful.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

This was my first session but I was very impressed. I really didn’t have a lot of hope going in but that was quickly changed. I am thankful for Jetona and BetterHelp. I would absolutely never have gone in to an office. This is so helpful.
Jet really understands me and takes her time to respond and listen to my needs. She makes an effort to understand me.
Jet is an amazing therapist that has shown compassion, patience, and professionalism throughout her time with me. She has a very calming and safe demeanor which has been a blessing as we work through some tough issues. I would recommend her whole heartedly.
Jet is amazing! I strongly recommend her.
Jetona Milby (also known as Jet) has been very professional and respectful. She shares my principals regarding faith and is very knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommended!!!
Jet has a knack for understanding the complex emotions that I sometimes struggle to put into words. She has a lot of experience in this field and both encourages me when I need it and challenges me to access the emotions I've been hiding from. I particularly love how she explains various theories in a way that I understand and how she recommends books that are relevant to what I'm currently dealing with. In short, she's incredible.
Jet has been instrumental to my growth of confidence, courage, and skills with which I was better able to handle my family conflicts. Although things have yet to work out as I hoped, Jet helped me to understand that some things just can't be changed or fixed. Most importantly, this fact is not my fault so I shouldn't harbor guilt for it. It felt like a long mountain climb but Jet was there for me consistently and promptly throughout. Thank you so much, Jet!!!
It’s hard to even find the right words to truly express what a great therapist Jet is. I’m so thankful I was paired with her. I have come to trust Jet completely and value her counsel immensely. She has given me the safe place I needed to explore my emotions. She has been right there for me as I have struggled with some painful issues. Her messages are very insightful. She makes you think about things and asks questions for you to dig deeper and try to figure things out. Jet is a good listener, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, understanding, has a great passion for her job, she’s kind, attentive and most importantly she cares. Jet is a wonderful therapist and I highly recommend her. (Thank you, Jet, for all your support)
Jet was very helpful at recognizing what I needed and communicating clearly through messages. Her responses were always very prompt and clear. She was great!!
Jet has helped me to feel confident in identifying my needs, and has affirmed that the things I want from my partner are reasonable. She has helped me to broach difficult topics with my partner, and has given me tools to calm my mind when it is spinning in negative circles. I have a lot of respect for her, and feel greatly respected by her.
She responds very fast. She listens to what my concerns are and helps me find ways to manage things. She also gives me very helpful worksheets to help show me what I don’t see normally.
