Hello, I'm so glad you're here. I am Caroline (she/her). I am a registered psychologist in Australia with four years of professional experience. I am experienced in supporting individuals with issues related to stress and anxiety, life transitions emotional regulation, trauma and abuse, parenting challenges, depression and neurodivergence. My approach is neuro-affirmative and strength-based, and I view my clients as the experts of their own stories. Seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support and empower you on that journey.

I am suuuuper passionate about neurodivergence. Before working in the adult space, I predominantly assessed and supported autistic and ADHD kids, teens and their families. While I currently do not have the resources to help you in your diagnostic journey, I strive to tailor my therapy to be neuro-affirmative and accommodate to your sensory, emotional and cognitive needs.

While I take a more laid-back unstructured approach to therapy, my method is rooted in cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and attachment theory. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), a psychotherapy technique designed to treat emotional distress from disturbing life events.
