My therapist Kita is great! she is gentle but firm in her advice which I really like. She has made me take on new challenges to try which seem scary but she has given me tips on how to approach certain situations which has helped in my growth. I feel like I am more confident in myself and I have also helped people in my family and friendship circle with her advice. Highly recommend her to everyone.
I would highly recommend Kita. She was warm and considerate and understood my life stresses and helped me refocus and reprioritise what’s important. Being a mother or your career doesn’t have to be all consuming you have to prioritise yourself or you will burn out as I had. She gave helpful suggestions as to things I could incorporate to give space for myself and reminders to be kinder to myself and be proud of what I have achieved.
Kita has provided me with a safe space to confront very private and intimate history, and allowed me to look back on this and reflect on it in a positive manner, which I have not been able to do before. She showed me the humanity of my struggles. My feelings are valid and real and I am normal. I would highly recommend Kita, especially if for the non non-religious seeking therapy.

It’s difficult to articulate just how much Kita has helped me in such a short amount of time. Kita is extremely insightful and intuitive because she listens very intently. I feel she has instantly understood my situation, given me a massive boost in confidence to listen to myself and supported me in finding solutions to my issues. Her advice is second to none. I have tried various counsellors before locally and Kita has been the most helpful of them all. I would highly recommend Kita.
