I am an LCSW with over 10 years of experience working work adolescents, adults, families and couples. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and non-judgmental outlet where clients can work on their individual needs. I focus on supporting clients to make impactful changes in order to improve their lives. Life can be stressful and challenging and sometimes we just need someone who we can talk to and trust. My specializations include working with clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction and mood disorders. I assist clients to learn and utilize healthy coping skills.
