Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Kimberly is an exceptional therapist and continues to help me greatly. I chose because I wanted a professionally trained Christian counselor, and I could not be more grateful to her. Kimberly is highly professional and compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled in numerous clinical issues and interventions, and remembers personal history and information. She integrates all of these into an understandable, enlightening, authentically supportive, life-changing therapy experience for me. She has helped me achieve my goals and way beyond. I greatly respect and like Kimberly, and I highly recommend her. I am a therapist myself and know many. She is the best therapist of us all.

Kimberly has been absolutely amazing so far! She works really hard to validate me when I'm having doubts or when I accuse myself of being irrational - she's already been such a blessing in such a short timeframe!

Kimberly has by far been the most amazing therapist I have worked with. Kimberly always responded timely, and provided me with meaningful and wise responses. I knew that she genuinely cared and wanted to connect from the start. Her guidance, commitment, and warmth have been vital in my journey with her. She is never afraid to call me out, and yet has an uncanny ability to do so- both gently and directly. Trustworthy, compassionate, and authentic are all words I would use to describe Kimberly.

I’m processing some complex and deep things with Kimberly. I had a low expectation of this service because I am used to traditional office therapy visits and I don’t have the time and lifestyle for that right now, but meeting with Kimberly has given me hope and a trusted person to vent deep things with. Her advise is thorough, well thought out, God-focused, informed, educated and timely. She is proactive and caring. I absolutely recommend Kimberly without any doubt to anyone who is looking for an extremely qualified and caring therapist.

Reviewed November 2020
