In my time working with Heather, I feel I have progressed in a significant way, and have been successfully working through trauma, grief, and navigating complex times/changes in my life (like living in and moving back home from a foreign country, dealing with assault, family conflict, and difficult relationships...also during a pandemic). I so appreciated Heather's mindful, compassionate, and well-informed approach. Heather is also great at explaining complex stuff in a gentle and helpful way. Thank you so much Heather!

I’ve been doing therapy sessions with Heather for about three months now. I was really struggling in a third UK Lockdown and felt so trapped in my own mind and body (and home of course) but Heather helped me find the positives in little things. Do more of the small things I enjoy and allow my anxiety to be seen but pushed away. I have seen such a huge transformation in myself and I know I couldn’t have down this without her help! I feel great. Thank you Heather :)

I think Heather's responses to our messaging are accurate. We are still in the early stages though, and if this forum equated to an in-person visit, I would suggest that we are still in the "mapping-out" stages of an introduction. Which is fine for my current needs. I have faith that with time, I will gain valuable insight and ability to manage the issues we are discussing. Thank you
