Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Best therapist ever
Dr. Okose has helped me so much! Therapy has been a lifesaver and she has given me practical tools to handle my day to day and how to process my feelings/thoughts. I have been feeling like a completely new person since starting and highly recommend her practice style to anyone who’s looking to make a real change.
Muy buena.
I had a short series of sessions with Dr. Okose when my anxiety was flaring up and getting out of control. Dr. Okose was a patient listener, and her advice has helped me to rationalize my fears. I am significantly more relaxed and more able to manage my anxiety after speaking with her, and for that, I am truly grateful.
A true professional who cares about her clients; very respectful, honest and kind. A great listener who tailors her methods to your individuality.
I am happy that I was connected with Dr. Okose. She provides excellent guidance, input and feedback. I feel that we were able to get on the same page right away, which can be a challenge for me. Her responses to my journal entries have the right encouragement for what I need to hear to keep moving forward. I am appreciative, grateful and blessed to have her in my life.
I have just started my therapy couple of weeks ago and feeling very hopeful already. I have had therapy before but this time its different, she is so understanding, kind and has so much empathy. I already recommended her to my friend and sisters. ❤️
Just a few weeks in therapy with Dr Okose, I am already feeling better. The therapy started very efficiently. I didn't want to tell my whole story life before starting the actual work and I didn't have to. Very quickly, Dr Okose could grasp my main issues and she gave me useful tools. I've been very skeptical about therapy in the past but I came here with an open mind and got very lucky to work with her. I felt heard and placed in good hands from the beginning. I now look forward to my mental health journey.
