Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

He was so helpful and patient. Highly recommend!
Chris has been a huge help to me. He has helped me conquer my fear and gain a sense of peace in my life.
I love my therapist he’s very nice
It's taken some time to get to know each other a bit but once we were both able to relax, I've truly enjoyed speaking with him. He's made me see things from different perspectives which is exactlyw hat I need.
Chris is a great guy with a great sense of humor, I spent six months with Chris and I appreciate the way he has allowed me to fully express myself and has provided good insight, advice and tools to support my needs. I appreciate the way he checks-in on his clients as well. Highly recommend.
I originally chose BetterHelp because I was severely lacking self confidence. I had regular sessions with Chris and after a while realized there was more an more space in between our sessions until I noticed it was no longer needed. Chris helped me get to the root of my issues by prompting me with many questions that, even though were hard to answer at times, needed to be asked in order to help me understand why I had this issue in the first place. I notice the progress regularly and am incredibly pleased with this experience. I highly recommend Chris especially if you are someone that has difficulty putting your thoughts into words. Thank you again!
Smart, thoughtful, attentive and qualified. Christopher Denzler has really helped me navigate a difficult season. Highly recommend.
Chris is amazing. I feel very comfortable speaking with him. He has a way of pinpointing exactly how I am feeling. I have never been great at putting how I feel into words. He has helped me to confidently identify how I’m feeling and how to give myself exactly what I need at that time. I've only been seeing Chris for a little over a month, but I look forward to our sessions because he has helped me tremendously.
Chris is able to help me focus on a few topics at a time to discuss, which narrowing things down is a struggle for me. He doesn’t leave a topic until we’ve managed to pinpoint the root but always leaves it up to me if I want to continue talking about it.
Great guy. I’ve only had two sessions with him but he seems very bright and qualified.
Chris understood my issues and gave me great methods to use to get me thru daily issues.
This man is turning my life around! Great counselor! Keeps it comfortable.
Chris had been a wonderful voice of reason during a very hard time during my life. I've enjoyed our talks, I've grown, and I think he's in the proper field, because he's great at what he does.
Mr. Denzler has been wonderful. He listens and I get the feeling he really cares during our sessions. Even sends a friendly message once a week to see how things are going. He has been a great help and mentor.
He is a good funny guy who is good at what he does.
My counselor takes time to understand my concerns and help me with practical ways to address them.
He really listens to me and gives me feedback to think about things in my own
Chris has been a wonderful counselor, who has offered tools to help me with my anxiety as well as skills to confront negative thought patterns. He is personable and friendly, and has helped alleviate my stigmas about being in counseling.
he explains the reason a feel certain ways. Gives me optionof why and how to deal
He's been an amazing friend, counselor and guide through my experience! I'm so grateful for our time together!
Chris is great so far. He listens well and understands my issues. He validates my thoughts and emotions. I feel safe talking to him. He is also funny and has a good sense of humor. I also like that he is logic and numbers based a lot of the time. That helps me quantify my emotions which are often overwhelming.
Unfortunately, I was unable to continue sessions with Chris due to a financial issue and time management with me going back to school. However, I feel that in our few sessions Chris was a great listener and was able to really help me workout some stressors I've been facing. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a respectful and professional counselor. You will never feel judged and he just listens. Its a nice environment to be in. I hope in the future I can continue my sessions with Chris and I'm sad I had to take a break from a great organization where I felt I was making progress.
Christopher seems like a well-meaning man, but he is very lacking in responses. I usually only received one reply a day, with a sentence or two at most. After sending him multiple paragraphs of my thoughts/feelings. While I appreciate he wanted to set goals, there were never any specific goals set or made.
