Is life harder than it should be for you? Are you feeling crippled with worries, anger, and/or depressive feelings? Are you doing the same things repeatedly expecting different results? end up feeling worse about yourself, your life, and dissatisfied with your relationships? Knowing that there is a better way to be living and getting to that place may seem like a daunting task, but it does not have to be done alone. I am a licensed psychotherapist who provides a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, together. Through this process, we can find ways for you to live the way you want to live your life. As a therapist I draw upon proven techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
There is no problem that is too big or too small that can’t be helped by psychotherapy. By connecting with another person to start a discussion, you have already started the process of changing your life for yourself and those around you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Scott has really been a port in the storm during the last year. I always feel heard and understood when we speak. He creates a perfect space for open communication and reflections on life. Not sure what I would have done without him this year.
My first session was a live chat but it was very organic and good to chat with someone that I didn't feel was judging me. High marks.
