I have been struggling with my mental health for years, and my parents strongly suggested I try better help. I’ve only had 3 sessions so far, but Dale is very supportive and encouraging to even the smallest steps in the right direction. He gives good advice and feedback. I really appreciate it when he checks on me between sessions. I was so nervous about the whole experience at first, but now I’m glad I got matched up with him!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Dale understands the complexity of my situation and allows me to speak and can advise on next steps in the process of healing. He pushes me to make decisions for myself and it’s because it’s what I need for my particular situation. I know my situation is alot to bare but he is patient.
Dale has been really good showing me Lifetrap therapy and working out what I want to do
Dale was wonderful! Despite my skepticism about online therapy, Dale exceeded my expectation and gave me the help I needed. He was very friendly, open-minded, and responsive to my concerns! I would highly recommend Dale to anyone seeking counseling services!
He’s been super attentive and open
Dale is very positive, friendly and confident person. The sessions with him are practical, filled with good advices rather with questions “oh, how did you feel about that”. He provides helping material and explains how to use it. I really recommend Dale, especially if you understand what your problem is.
Dale has been an excellent source of support for me. I was hesitant in getting help because I felt like no one could understand my experiences, but Dale can. We have only just begun our work together but I’m grateful for his time, insights and authenticity which has made this process easier on me.
Dale has been and continues to be a great therapist! He is understanding, caring and truly wants to help people. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of therapy or guidance.
Dale was immensely helpful. In just one session we managed to sift through a lot of stuff and I left with much more clarity and feeling more peaceful than I had in weeks.
Dale has been great helping me navigate through some tough emotional times. He has helped guide me through the hard early crisis stage and I’m confident will continue to help me find growth in the future
