Hi, my name is Dr. Charles Quinn. I am a retired military soldier and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I served in the military for 25 years and have been in the field of counseling for over fifteen years. I have had great opportunities working with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, past traumatic experiences, conflict resolution, self-injury, bullying, and others issues. The modalities that I incorporate include within my sessions are Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Emotion Focused, Solution-Focused, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention. It is important to meet the client where they are and tailor a specific program that addresses their unique concerns and needs.

I practice from a perspective of compassion, acceptance, and building trust. It takes courage to journey through the counseling process, and I recognize the challenges of change. Psychotherapy can be very enlightening and rewarding. It is my mission that my clients feel safe, secure, not judged, and accepted as we begin to work together. I am committed to creating an environment that fosters truth without fear, security with safety, and hope in an otherwise hopeless situation.

Let's begin this journey together.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Charles is awesome. We share the same faith, and so he is more than just a therapist, he is also a spiritual guide/mentor to me in my journey toward being my best self. He is the single best therapist I have ever had, and results occurred early because of it!

Idk maybe im writing this out of frustration with my life right now, but i felt as though i didnt like Charle's strategy of trying to build up my confidence. Rather than going into what is really going on in my psychy, he just told me i should be confident without explaining anything. He was also the worst at getting back to me via text. Most of the time he didn't get back to within 24 hrs and the other times he wouldnt respond at all when i was going through some stuff. That last part is just an objective truth.
