So glad you’re here! I bring over 15 years of compassionate counseling experience supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. I love helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns, with a particular focus on supporting young adults, women, and individuals experiencing emotional or social challenges.
I offer a warm, understanding approach that meets you where you’re at. My therapeutic work centers on addressing isolation, life purpose, anxiety, and personal growth. I'm especially committed to supporting clients through transitions like midlife changes, seasonal emotional shifts, and young adult development.
My approach is grounded in sensitivity to individual experiences, and typically Cognitive Behavioral and client-focused. I also offer Christian-based therapy for those with that preference. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with neurodevelopmental differences and intellectual disabilities. My goal is to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, develop resilience, and move toward meaningful personal growth. Let’s get started!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
She is attentive and listens. Gives me a chance to talk.
Michelle is calm and very professional. She has many personal and other experiences to draw from that helped me put things into perspective.
She is so sweet! She listens and remembers things I tell her even the small things and is always quick to give good advice back. Her support between sessions has also been extremely appreciated! Things like praying for me throughout the week, checking in from time to time, sending sermons related to things I’m going through or struggling with. She has just been a God send!
Michelle is great! She does a great job listening and recommending resources. She has a very strong faith and offers prayer and biblical wisdom in sessions, which I find very helpful.
