Many people come to therapy because they notice themselves repeating patterns they don’t fully understand in relationships, self-doubt, or the way they respond to stress.

You might feel stuck between the life you are currently living and the life that truly reflects who you are.

Often this can feel confusing or frustrating, especially when you’re not sure why the same patterns keep repeating.

Many of the patterns that shape your life today were once ways of coping with earlier experiences. Over time, they can become an “old story” or identity you unconsciously live from, including beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, or what is possible for you.

In our work together, we explore how these patterns formed and begin the process of closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

I often work with thoughtful, self-aware individuals who sense they are capable of more in life but find themselves repeating patterns they do not fully understand.

Some clients are also navigating questions around identity, culture, or faith, particularly when they feel caught between different expectations or different versions of themselves.

I am a psychodynamic therapist who helps you understand and change the patterns shaped by earlier experiences that still influence your self-worth, relationships, and life direction today.

Many of the difficulties people experience in adulthood, such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-worth, or recurring relationship conflicts, often have deeper roots in earlier experiences and attachment patterns.

Therapy offers a space to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion so they no longer quietly shape your life from the background.

I sometimes integrate elements of coaching for clients who want support not only in understanding the past, but also in creating meaningful change in the present.

This may include developing healthier habits, building confidence, improving relationship dynamics, or working toward goals related to wellbeing, career, and life direction.

If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a space to understand them and begin creating meaningful change.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
