I draw on Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Solution-Focused approaches to help you understand your past, navigate your present, and build the future you want.

Alongside talking therapy, where appropriate and if it feels right for you, I can also incorporate mindfulness, emotional regulation techniques, energy work, meditation, and other wellbeing practices to help calm your nervous system and develop healthier ways of coping. My aim is always to provide practical tools as well as a safe space for reflection.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked extensively with young people and adults in community and mental health settings, giving me experience supporting people facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when we begin to understand ourselves with compassion rather than criticism, lasting change becomes possible. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you build resilience, reconnect with your strengths, and move towards a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
