Hi, I'm Sean, and thank you for taking the time to visit my profile.
Reaching out for support can feel like a significant step. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. You may be navigating the effects of childhood trauma, emotional neglect, attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, or challenges related to ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodiversity. Whatever has brought you here, therapy can provide a safe space to explore your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change.
I am an integrative therapist with over four years of experience supporting adults, young people, and families across a range of therapeutic settings. My specialist areas include trauma, complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment difficulties, neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, personality disorders, identity exploration, and emotional regulation. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, loneliness, loss, stress, burnout, and difficulties with self-worth.
My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through a safe, trusting, and authentic therapeutic relationship. Many of the people I work with have experienced difficult family dynamics, abandonment, rejection, emotional neglect, relationship trauma, or long-standing feelings of not being understood. Together, we can explore how these experiences may be impacting your present-day relationships, sense of self, and emotional wellbeing.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Throughout my career, I have worked within therapeutic children's homes, specialist educational settings, a local college, and a suicide prevention charity. These experiences have deepened my understanding of trauma, attachment, neurodiversity, mental health difficulties, and the challenges people face when navigating complex life experiences. Alongside my clinical work, I also support and train individuals entering the therapeutic profession.
My practice is particularly suited to individuals who are seeking support with:
• Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)
• Childhood trauma and emotional neglect
• ADHD and autism
• Attachment difficulties and relationship patterns
• Personality disorders and emotional regulation
• Anxiety, depression, and panic attacks
• Self-esteem, self-worth, and identity issues
• Relationship difficulties, intimacy concerns, and communication challenges
• Grief, loss, and major life transitions
• Men's mental health and personal growth
I understand that starting therapy can bring uncertainty, so I offer an initial check-in session where we can discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether we feel like a good fit for working together.
My aim is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. We will work collaboratively, at your pace, and with respect for your unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
If you're ready to begin—or simply curious about what therapy might offer—I would be honoured to support you on your journey.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
