Hi - I'm Jodi and I am a BACP Accredited integrative counsellor.

Are you feeling anxious, stuck or lost? Perhaps you are finding it hard to cope lately and just not feeling yourself. Maybe you feel overwhelmed a lot of the time, and you don't know how to get back to balance. You might be having difficulties with work or studies, relationships, or a life situation.

I support adults coping with a range of difficulties that result in anxiety and stress, from everyday life, work and study issues, to challenges such as life events or relationship issues.

In our therapy we will have up to six therapy sessions together online, by telephone or video call. In our therapy sessions I will be listening hard to what is going on for you as an individual and helping you to work through your own unique challenges.

My practice is person-centred, which is all about seeing you as an individual who has their own personal experiences. I can include some ACT and Transactional Analysis in my sessions to help you move through whatever is troubling you. We may also look at Polyvagal theory, body-based or creative techniques that will help explore issues or for grounding you.

My practice is based on the values of being compassionate and non-judgemental. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
