Gentle, trauma-informed therapy to help you process the past, rebuild safety, and feel like yourself again.

Healing from difficult or painful past experiences takes courage, but you don’t have to carry the weight on your own. I provide a compassionate, grounded, and secure space where you can gently process trauma, move through emotional pain, and regain a sense of control over your life.

Trauma can leave you feeling constantly on edge, disconnected from yourself, or trapped in painful memories. Whether you are dealing with past single-incident trauma, relational or developmental wounds, or ongoing emotional distress, my primary focus is creating a space where you feel completely safe, heard, and respected.

My Approach:

I practise a person-centred, trauma-informed approach that prioritises your safety, autonomy, and pace above all else. Rather than pushing you into overwhelming territory, we will work together to gently regulate your nervous system and process what you've been through. Together, we will focus on:

Restoring Internal Safety: Helping your body and mind learn that the danger has passed, so you can feel grounded in the present.

Processing Painful Experiences: Moving through hard memories at a comfortable, manageable pace without overwhelming your system.

Reclaiming Connection & Identity: Rebuilding your confidence, boundaries, and sense of agency so you can move forward with peace.

What Working Together Looks Like:

In our sessions, you are always in control. There is no pressure to share anything before you are ready, and we will never go faster than your nervous system allows. You are the expert on your own journey—I am here to walk alongside you, offer gentle guidance, and hold space for your healing.

When you are ready to take the next step towards reclaiming your peace, I welcome you to reach out. I would be honoured to support you.

A Note on Live Chat Sessions:

I have extensive experience in providing live chat typing sessions, which offer a quiet, low-pressure alternative to video or voice calls. Many people—particularly younger clients or those living with social anxiety—find typing to be a more accessible, comfortable way to express themselves without the immediate pressure of eye contact or speaking aloud. Typing allows you time to process your thoughts at your own pace while still receiving real-time, dedicated support in a safe environment.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
