I'm a licensed therapist in Arkansas with extensive experience supporting individuals through some of life's most challenging transitions. My work centers on relationship dynamics, career concerns, and personal growth—areas where I've developed deep expertise over nearly a decade of clinical practice.
I specialize in helping clients navigate divorce and separation, infidelity, commitment challenges, and the complexities of intimacy. I also work with individuals facing workplace difficulties and those managing sex addiction. My practice includes a strong focus on men's issues and military and veteran concerns, bringing both clinical skill and genuine understanding to these unique experiences.
My approach is grounded in respect for who you are and what you believe. I work effectively with clients across the spectrum of faith perspectives—whether you're seeking a therapist who shares your Christian values, prefer a secular approach, or something in between. I'm committed to meeting you where you are with authenticity and without judgment.
I believe therapy works best when there's genuine connection and trust. I'm here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you move toward clarity and meaningful change in your relationships, career, and life. Taking this step takes courage, and I'm honored to support you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jason is amazing. Thanks for opening my eyes to my own self worth!
Im going to continue to keep working with him because I feel like he understands me and respects me and is helping me move my life in the right direction. I shouldn’t recommend him because I just want him as my own therapist but we all gotta eat!
I was hesitant to do therapy but Jason Waller is a good dude, easy to connect and talk to, he listens and guides the conversation easily and tactfully, would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
