I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with a Masters degree in person-centred counselling from Chester University, UK. I also hold a BPS accredited Undergraduate degree in Psychology, which does form part of my practice. I recently undertook an online and telephone counselling short course and also developed a short course for Glyndwr University where I am employed as a Lecturer in Counselling and Psychology.
I have experience working with both men and women from all ages 18-90. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bereavement, drug and alcohol abuse, adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, relationship issues, miscarriage, pregnancy trauma and other women's issues. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have experience childhood sexual abuse and other related issues.
