As an Integral Therapist, I guide clients through daily practices that promote balance, presence and reconnection with the self. These tools are flexible and inclusive, helping you make sense of your options, discover what truly works for you and move toward wholeness and vitality. My approach isn’t just about coping, it's about learning to live fully and deeply.

As an autonomous therapist, I trust that my clients are the experts of their own lives. My role is to walk beside you, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and truth. This principle aligns with the BACP’s ethical framework for good practice.

Throughout my clinical journey, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients and I'm passionate about creating an inclusive, culturally sensitive space. As someone who understands the vital need for representation in therapy, I strive to ensure that clients of all backgrounds feel seen, heard and deeply understood.

My academic background includes training at Anglia Ruskin University and further postgraduate study in Art and Play Therapy at the University of Cambridge. I’ve also served as a school governor and youth leader, devoting much of my time to community service, reflecting my commitment to promoting mental wellness at every level of society.

My experience has given me the confidence to manage complex caseloads, build collaborative partnerships with local organisations, and deliver interventions that bring meaningful, lasting change.

So why did I choose this profession? Because I believe in the power of hope. Hope is a shared experience, it connects us, grounds us, and reminds us that healing is possible. When one person reaches out to another, both lives are changed.

I joined BetterHelp when I was going through a separation phase with my partner. Sunshine was brilliant in guiding me to explore the underlying causes of my separation. The approach to exploring the past and how it informs the present helped to shape my understanding of myself. I will be forever grateful for the support she has provided though our sessions and the space provided and the check-ins throughout the week. The goals set at the end of each session always helped to focus on one aspect of my objectives at a time; to not feel overwhelmed.
