I am a UK‑registered therapist with over 13 years of professional experience supporting people through some of the most challenging, painful, and transformative moments of their lives. During this time, I’ve helped clients navigate stress, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger, relationship difficulties, trauma, attachment wounds, bereavement, loss, abuse, identity questions, existential concerns, and addictions.
