Rebecca Udomsup is a wonderful therapist. She always treats me kindly, respectfully, and with empathy, but itsn't afraid to give it to me straight either, and hold me accountable. She's helped me navigate my separation and divorce and a big life transition. Her guidance has been invaluable.

Rebecca is fantastic. She is patient and understanding. She does challenge and question you but in a way that is kind and allows you to feel like you can properly open up. My sessions with her have helped me immensely.

Hello and welcome. My name is Beccy, and I am a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor, registered with the BACP and trained through CPCAB, holding a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling.

I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, exhausting, confusing, or emotionally painful — even when outwardly you appear to be coping. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to putting the needs of others first, masking how you truly feel, or trying to manage everything alone. My aim is to offer a warm, genuine, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and at your own pace.

I work with adults across the UK and Europe and support clients with a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout, intrusive thoughts, self-harm, disordered eating, grief, trauma, and life transitions.

I have a particular passion for supporting:

Survivors of domestic abuse and coercive control

Women navigating menopause, identity changes, emotional wellbeing, and self-confidence

Neurodivergent adults, including ADHD-related overwhelm, masking, burnout, emotional regulation difficulties, procrastination, and self-criticism

Clients struggling with self-worth, people-pleasing, boundaries, and empowerment

As someone who works relationally and humanistically, I believe therapy is not about being “fixed,” but about feeling understood, developing self-awareness, and reconnecting with your own sense of identity, confidence, and emotional safety.

I understand that every client’s experiences are unique, and I will always work collaboratively and compassionately, adapting sessions to suit your individual needs and pace. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered.

Sessions are available online via video, telephone, or live chat, allowing flexibility for clients across different locations and lifestyles.

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel difficult, but you do not have to navigate things alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Beccy has been an incredible source of support for me during a very challenging marriage break-down. She has guided me to help me navigate a toxic relationship so that I could find safety. She challenges me, when necessary, and pushes me to grow and question things. Beccy is my island of calm in the storm.
