So warm and friendly, understanding but also boundaries are set in the first session of how she works which I appreciated as it set expectations of what we were both bringing to the table. Highly recommend.

I offer a warm, welcoming and professional therapeutic practice for individuals to explore emotional, psychological, or life challenges and find ways forward. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low in mood, struggling with relationships, or finding it hard to cope with change, therapy can provide a supportive space to work out what is going on. Whatever brings you here, you’ll be met with care, respect, and understanding.
I work in an integrative way, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor my work to each individual. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, and together we will work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on developing insight and practical tools for managing life’s difficulties.
I offer a safe and confidential environment where you can talk openly and feel heard. My aim is to help you feel support, empowered and move towards positive, lasting change.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

So warm and friendly, understanding but also boundaries are set in the first session of how she works which I appreciated as it set expectations of what we were both bringing to the table. Highly recommend.
Gemma is the type of therapist you’d wish you’d get the first time around - kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and with a calmness that isn’t uncomfortable but gives you space to talk about anything and everything. Highly recommended (coming from me as a therapist myself)!
I really enjoy speaking with Gemma, she strikes a perfect balance of listening and action. I find her calming, realistic and positive and look forward to many more sessions with her - would highly recommend for a wide variety of areas.
I've not finished my sessions with Gemma yet, but she has been great so far.
She’s 10/10! Listens, understands and is so helpful
