Hello, I’m Jennifer, an integrative psychotherapist based in the UK. I work with adults navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, low confidence, stress, depression, identity shifts, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My approach is warm, inclusive, and collaborative, grounded in empathy and respect for each person’s unique experience.

Whether you’re neurodivergent or neurotypical, I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you can explore who you are without judgment. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, and my own lived experience of dyslexia gives me a personal understanding of what it can feel like to move through a world that doesn’t always accommodate difference.
