Welcome. I am glad you are here.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, credentialed in Australia, with more than 30 years of professional experience walking alongside people as they navigate life's joys, challenges and unexpected turns.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, existential, psychodynamic, Jungian and systemic approaches to therapy and is shaped by a deep understanding of attachment, relationships and the human capacity to heal. Depending on your needs, I may draw on Gottman Method-informed couples therapy, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, somatic practices and psychospiritual approaches to support your journey.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions and the search for deeper meaning, connection and wellbeing.
At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you are the expert in your own life. Even when life feels overwhelming, I believe that each person carries within them strengths, wisdom and the capacity for growth and healing. Sometimes we simply need a compassionate and skilled companion to help us reconnect with those parts of ourselves.
Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, be heard without judgement, make sense of your experiences and discover new ways of moving forward. Whether you are seeking healing, clarity, connection or personal growth, I will meet you where you are with warmth, curiosity and respect.
Taking the first step towards therapy takes courage, and reaching out for support is something to be proud of. You do not have to do this alone. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
