In today’s fast-paced world, where life constantly presents challenges, we often find ourselves navigating not only external pressures but also deep inner experiences shaped by culture, family, and personal history. Amid this complexity, how do we stay whole and connected to our inner truth and happiness?

My journey into therapy began over a decade ago with Art Therapy training, which sparked a lasting passion for emotional healing and personal growth. Since then, I’ve continually deepened my practice, expanding my knowledge and skills within the field of mental health and wellness.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and client-centered therapeutic space—one that fosters self-awareness, mindfulness, and emotional healing. My approach is holistic, drawing from a range of modalities including mindfulness, compassion-focused work, and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system and restore the mind-body connection. My practice is also informed by early childhood development, attachment theory, and trauma-focused approaches.

I believe deeply in our capacity to respond rather than react, especially in times of stress or difficulty. This requires recognising the profound interconnection between our thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being—and learning to integrate these dimensions for deeper balance and healing.

My role is to accompany you as you face life’s challenges, whether in relationships, work, or within yourself. I provide a space for compassionate inquiry, gently exploring what may be repressed, hidden, or unspoken—creating room for clarity, transformation, and growth.

My decade-long meditation practice enriches my work, helping me bring grounded presence and awareness to each session. I also have a deep interest in philosophy and ancient wisdom and believe that psychology, philosophy, and the natural world each offer meaningful insights into what it means to live a fulfilled and authentic life.
