Susanna has shown incredible understanding and support through delicate situations and big life events for me. Knowing Susanna is there has made this time much easier, and I feel lucky to have been introduced to her.

Susanna is a good listener and offers up Ideas which may potentially help break through a specific issue. It's hard to completely understand someone when that someone isn't sure of him/herself. To this point, Susanna seems to ask the right questions to help understand. Very impressed with her insight, I have looked forward to each session thus far.

WHO I AM

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you are navigating complex life changes, relational difficulties, or the lasting weight of past experiences. My aim is to offer a calm, grounded, and entirely non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you are going through.

I am a bicultural practitioner registered with the BACP in the UK and AssoCounseling in Italy, offering sessions in both English and Italian. With 18 years of professional background spanning private practice, HQ Therapy, and the British NHS, I bring extensive clinical experience supporting adults through complex challenges and personal recovery.

HOW I WORK

My approach is rooted in a person-centred and humanistic matrix, integrated with trauma-informed frameworks and cognitive-behavioural tools (CBT) to translate deep understanding into practical, everyday change. I also integrate elements of Jungian psychology and therapeutic coaching tailored to your unique goals. I am trauma-informed and bring specific understanding and sensitivity to adult neurodiversity.

WHAT WE CAN FOCUS ON

Whether you are dealing with burnout, anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, identity shifts, or navigating new personal and professional directions, we will collaborate to build practical strategies that help you regain clarity, balance, and confidence in your life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
