Very knowledgeable and empathetic. She is incredibly easy to talk to and professional at the same time.

I have worked with a few therapists, but for me, Julie has been the best. There are certain things that Julie brings to my attention that better enables me to process my feelings and emotions. She helped me recognize that many people have similar issues, which made me feel like I am not alone. An example of this is when she explained to me that towards the end of February many people are feeling the affects of Seasonal Affective Disorder. She also assigned me homework which helps me embrace methods for positive change. We've only had a few sessions, but I am hopeful. In addition, the interactive website of Betterhelp has Journaling, Classes, Goals, and Scheduling. With Betterhelp, I feel empowered and an active participant on my journey to wellness. TGBG

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
