Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

he is great

Erik is a great therapist. He helps me navigate through life using strategies to ease my anxiety and help improve the life of my daughter to assist her in overcoming her own challenges. He helps me see things through a different lens and is extremely knowledgeable while breaking things down in a pragmatic way that I can use on a daily basis. I really look forward to meeting with him each week. Highly recommended!

Erik has been wonderful as a therapist! He has brought up things that I have not thought about or been asked ever and has made me think hard about things and work them out ! He is very mannerly and friendly to start conversations with . He also is very good at communicating and stating his point of view to help ease any nerves or anxiety I have going into difficult conversations . Highly recommend him and can’t wait to work with him more !
