Hiya I’m Catherine, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Northern Ireland.

My approach has been described by clients as warm, compassionate, and surprisingly normal, whatever that means. I show up as myself in the room (sometimes with a coffee in hand, always as a real person), and I find that when I do, it makes it much easier for you to be yourself too.

I won’t expect you to filter what you’re saying or have everything neatly figured out. You can come in exactly as you are, even if that means you’re overwhelmed, fed up, or don’t quite know where to start.
I tailor sessions to your unique needs, drawing from different theories and techniques so that our work together is centred around what actually works for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
