Hi, I’m Jess, a counsellor specialising in women’s mental health. I am a down-to-earth counsellor and can support clients make changes that stick in their lives. I have experiencing supporting clients with low mood, anxiety, depression, family issues, bereavements, stress to name a few challenges. I aim to provide a safe and confidential space to talk where my clients can be themselves and feel heard. I am integrative counsellor, which means I use the person-centred approach to counselling, but I can also use some CBT skills if you would like me to. I have completed training in working with neurodiverse clients, parents and clients who have experienced trauma.
