Extremely kind and understanding, I was scared to start therapy and thought there was no helping me and this is just who I was but even though i’ve just started, just knowing I have a better support system and taking steps to get better helps so much.

Life can feel like too much sometimes.
Maybe you're carrying anxiety that won’t quiet down. Maybe you're stuck in cycles that leave you feeling exhausted or disconnected. Or maybe you’ve been through things that changed you, and now you’re trying to make sense of who you are and how to move forward. If any of that sounds familiar, I want you to know you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I’m a licensed therapist in New Mexico and Texas with experience supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship struggles, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I meet you where you are, and we work together to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered practices. That means we’ll explore your inner world, develop skills to manage emotions and thoughts, and focus on what really matters to you...not just what’s “supposed” to matter.
You don’t have to perform or prove anything in therapy. You get to show up as you are, even if that feels messy. This is a space where we can unpack what’s been weighing on you and begin building something new.
You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to heal. And you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s take that first step together.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Nichole is kind, listens with intent, responds thoughtfully, and follows up. She’s a professional and I trust her.
Though it is only week 3 with Nicole, I feel like she understands my anxiett struggles and she offers helpful suggestions and asks me for my own thoughts to help progress. She is always responding in a timely manner and asks thought provoking questions to keep me thinking about the situation, myself, and helping myself. I never thought online therapy would really work for me, but I thoroughly enjoy having Nicole to message. She genuinely seems to understands and cares about my current state and my progress. I'm glad we were matched.
She is amazing! Listen and understand everything going on in your life.
She’s great…. She’s giving me the insight on myself I didn’t know I needed.
Talking to Nichole is like talking to an old friend. I've tried many therapists and didn't "click", but not this time. She is easy to talk to and also helps me compile my thoughts and turn them into actions that show marked improvements in my life. I look forward to each session.
