Erin's approach is warm and supportive and she is well versed in anxiety and dealing with past traumas. She is an excellent listener, can accurately summarize your thoughts while also providing her outside and expert perspective. She asks excellent questions to further clarify your feelings and pursue other areas that might need to be explored. She is extremeny easy to talk to and her warmth would make her an excellent therapist for someone who has been scared to start. She is also well-versed in numerous resources that can enhance your learning experience...I have read two excellent books and worked through some goal-focused jouranling exercises in my work with her that I will be able to return to whenever I need to. Working with Erin is like talking to a very wise friend who just happens to know all sorts of ways to help you be your best self!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
