Hello and welcome!

I am a licensed psychologist in France and Lebanon with over 13 years of experience in the field of mental health.

I am currently in the process of obtaining accreditation in the province of Québec, Canada.

In full alignment with Québec’s professional regulations, I do not provide psychological or psychotherapeutic services to clients residing in Québec until I am officially licensed by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ).

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals facing various challenges, including stress, anxiety, LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship difficulties, lack of motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have expertise in treating depression.

My approach is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I firmly believe that every individual is unique, which is why I always tailor my dialogue and therapeutic tools to meet your specific needs.

Taking the step to begin therapy is a courageous decision, and I am here to guide you every step of the way. Together, we will create a safe space where you can freely express yourself and work toward greater well-being.

It would be an honor to accompany you on this journey.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
