I draw from mindfulness, body awareness, and solution-focused methods. Sometimes we work in silence or with visualization; other times with humor or concrete action, whatever feels most supportive in the moment.

Outside of my work, I love building and traveling in my self-built camper. I’m always drawn to water, surfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the stillness of the sea. I love exploring new places, cultures, and ideas, and I like to think a little *outside the box*.

I work with warmth, honesty, and creativity, sometimes with humor, sometimes with silence, always attuned to what you need. My goal is to help you gain clarity about who you are, what you feel, and what you want, so you can move forward with confidence and trust.
