My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
I believe that when we change our thoughts, feelings and behaviors, we can change our lives—not through quick fixes, but through intentional, incremental sustainable changes. If we want to feel good we have to take good care of ourselves and this starts with cultivating healthy habits such as restorative sleep, quality nutrition, regular movement, and meaningful relationships.
While I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) when helpful, my primary focus is using stage-matched treatment principles to meet you exactly where you are and support you in a way that aligns with your readiness to create habit changes.
I believe people already carry their own wisdom. Therapy, in my view, is not about giving advice, but about creating a safe, reflective space to excavate the answers that already exist within you.
Much of my work centers on values alignment. I believe that living out of alignment with our values often creates anxiety, and that chronic stress and anxiety can contribute to illness. When we live in alignment with what truly matters to us, contentment becomes possible.
My approach is also informed by the belief that physical and emotional pain is an inevitable part of being human, but suffering is optional. By letting go of our attachments to thoughts, feelings and behaviors that no longer serve us we can reduce our suffering.
I work collaboratively with clients to build awareness, create meaningful change, and support a life that feels more intentional, balanced, and aligned.

Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling.
