On the outside you're capable, reliable and high functioning. On the inside, you may be exhausted - navigating professional burn out, a life transition that's harder than expected, or finding yourself or your loved ones' substance use is impacting your mental health and relationships.

I support clients through life's transitions, such as career shifts, relationship challenges, separation, relocation, parenting challenges, addiction and women's issues. Even positive transitions like retirement can feel destabilising.

As a professional Counsellor and Educator. I hold both a Master of Counselling , Bachelor of Education and have the highest level of Clinical Registration with Australian Counsellors Association, Level 4. I have extensive training and experience in Addictions Counselling, Family and Loved One's Counselling, Significant Other for those that love someone who is impacted by alcohol or drug use, parenting support, career management and development and relationships support.

Therapy with me is integrated, grounded, structured and practical. We will focus on creating sustainable change that works in real life. I take an Integrated Approach, with particular focus on Person - Centered and Attachment - Based therapies. In addition, I am a fully qualified Systemic Family Therapist and provide individual, couples and family counselling

If you are used to being the strong one but are ready to address what's building beneath the surface, I welcome you to reach out!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
