I am credentialed as a Clinical Psychologist in France, and I have over 10 years of professional experience in the United States. I often work with clients who have depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, borderline personality disorders, parenting issues, relationship difficulties, career difficulties, immigration and acculturation issues among other things.

I work from a holistic and trauma-informed perspective. While I was primarily trained under Psychodynamic theory, I often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic therapy (Rogerian), Systemic Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Functional Family Therapy. But I am not limited to these, and I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are best suited for you.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a happier and healthier life, and I am here to support and empower your journey.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
