Hi, I’m Nicole, a counsellor and psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling and a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
I work with adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I support both heterosexual and LGBTQ+ clients, and I offer a space where you can feel safe, understood, and not judged.
I’ve worked with clients in both Singapore and Australia, supporting people from diverse backgrounds. I’m trained in a range of evidence-based and neuro-somatic approaches, and I tailor each session to what works best for you.
Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift. In our work together, we explore what’s underneath those patterns so change feels real and lasting - not forced. As this begins to shift, clients often find themselves reconnecting with who they are, making clearer decisions, and moving toward a life that feels more meaningful, intentional, and their own.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll go at your pace, and I’ll support you in making sense of what you’re going through while helping you move forward with more clarity and stability.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply need a space to talk things through, I’m here to support you through it.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
