Hi, I'm Jennifer.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, including more than eight years providing direct clinical services. My career has included outpatient therapy, crisis counseling, healthcare leadership, and designing behavioral health programs that support children, families, and communities. Throughout my work, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate life's most difficult moments with compassion, curiosity, and hope.

Today, I primarily work with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support people who have a sense that something in life needs to change, even if they cannot quite put it into words. Whether you're starting your career, figuring out who you are, healing from painful experiences, or feeling overwhelmed by the expectations of adulthood, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity.

Although my focus is adults, I also have extensive training and experience working with children and families. That background gives me a deep understanding of how early life experiences, family relationships, and attachment patterns continue to shape us as adults. Together, we can explore those experiences while building healthier ways of coping, connecting with others, and caring for yourself in the present.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices with somatic awareness and the mind-body connection, recognizing that healing involves more than changing thoughts. It also means understanding what your nervous system and body have been carrying. Some clients appreciate practical tools and strategies, while others need space to reflect and process. We will work together to find the approach that feels most supportive for you.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people begin simply knowing they are ready for something to feel different. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I hope you leave each session feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to the person you want to become.

It would be an honor to be part of your journey, and I look forward to meeting you.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
