As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Marine Corps veteran, I bring both professional expertise and a deep appreciation for the courage and resilience required to navigate life's most difficult challenges.

I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the effects of trauma. Whether you are struggling with painful life experiences, relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense that you've lost connection with yourself or others, therapy can provide a path toward healing, growth, and renewed purpose.

I specialize in working with trauma survivors, couples seeking deeper connection and healthier communication, and individuals who feel lost or disconnected from the life they want to live. My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences, understand their emotions, and move toward what matters most to them.

My clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and the Gottman Method for relationship counseling. I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
