Hi, I’m Eliza.
Firstly, everyone is welcome here. My goal is to help you understand yourself more fully so you can live a meaningful life shaped by your own values.
I am an MSW Social Worker from Australia, with extensive experience providing both individual and group counselling across correctional, community, and private practice settings. My background includes therapeutic work in adult and youth correctional facilities, where I supported clients navigating complex behavioural, emotional, and systemic challenges. This experience has shaped my steady, non-reactive therapeutic presence. I aim to bring this steady approach to our work, where you will be met with openness, respect, and genuine care.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those living with ADHD and other diverse neurotypes. My practice is neuro-affirming, strengths focused, and grounded in an understanding of sensory needs, executive functioning differences, and the unique lived experiences that accompany neurodivergence. I also provide counselling to members of the LGBTQIA+ community, offering an affirming and respectful space for exploration, support, and wellbeing.
My work includes supporting clients with identity, addiction, relationship challenges, anger and violence, emotional regulation, self-esteem, confidence, career stress, and major life transitions. I also work with teens and young people navigating identity, relationships, and change.
Additionally, I have a strong background in supporting professionals experiencing burnout and compassion fatigue, and I provide reflective, ethical professional supervision for social workers.
My therapeutic approach integrates ACT, CBT, strengths-based practice, and trauma-informed relational work. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative. You bring your lived experience; I bring therapeutic tools, reflective strategies, and a commitment to helping you reconnect with your strengths. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. You are an active participant in the therapeutic process, and our work will be guided by your needs, comfort, and goals.
Outside of my professional life, I value fitness, nature, and movement—practices that help me stay grounded and regulated, and qualities I bring into the therapy space.
I offer sessions seven days a week, and you can select a suitable time from my schedule. If your preferred time is not visible, please reach out and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
