Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have extensive experience working with children and families, particularly those experiencing behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, school-related challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem, communication difficulties, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, collaborative, and practical. I believe every person’s experience is unique, so I tailor therapy to meet you where you are. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping and communication skills, and develop realistic strategies that you can use in your everyday life.

When working with parents and families, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when a child is struggling emotionally or behaviorally. I help families better understand what may be contributing to challenging behaviors while developing tools to improve communication, strengthen relationships, establish healthy boundaries, and create more positive interactions at home.
