Hi, I’m Jasmine, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Mental Health Service Provider designation (LPC-MHSP). I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are without feeling judged, rushed or pressured to have everything figured out.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical and grounded in the belief that our thoughts, emotions and behaviors often make more sense when we understand what is happening underneath them. Instead of only asking, “How do we make this stop?” I also like to explore, “What is this trying to tell us?” and “How has this helped you cope or protect yourself?”
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring our work to your individual needs. Together, we may explore patterns in your thoughts and relationships, develop healthier ways to regulate difficult emotions, strengthen boundaries and build coping strategies that actually fit your life.
I especially enjoy working with individuals (Adults and Teens) navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, self-esteem and the overwhelming feeling of trying to hold everything together.
You do not have to come to therapy knowing exactly what you need or even how to explain what you are feeling. We can start with where you are, get curious about what is happening and work together toward where you want to be.
I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
