I am a psychologist (M.Sc.) specializing in Clinical Psychology. In my work, I support people in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and recurring patterns, navigating challenging situations, and finding new ways forward.
Over the past years, I have supported people dealing with anxiety, stress and overwhelm, self-esteem and relationship issues, as well as emotional difficulties. In addition to my experience in online psychological counseling, I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient psychotherapeutic settings.
Alongside my clinical training, my therapeutic approach has been deeply shaped by nine years of intensive personal self-exploration and more than 400 hours of intensive psychotherapy seminars and further training. One of the most valuable things I have learned is what it can mean to truly let go: rather than immediately trying to change or get rid of difficult emotions, we can learn to give them space and experience them more consciously and deeply. Through my own journey, I have experienced how releasing emotions we have been holding onto can allow greater aliveness, connection, and joy in life to emerge.
Accordingly, I work with a holistic, emotion-focused, and body-oriented approach. Beyond your thoughts and actions, I am particularly interested in what you feel, how you experience yourself, and how these experiences show up in your body. Sometimes, understanding something intellectually is not enough – change can also become something we experience emotionally and physically. Depending on what you need, our work may include practical strategies, exploring recurring patterns, or working more deeply with emotions and bodily experiences.
What matters most to me is creating an honest, respectful, and genuinely human relationship at eye level. Counselling can have depth without always feeling heavy – there can also be room for lightness and humor.
Together, we can explore where you are right now, what truly matters to you, and what may help you move forward.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
