Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re navigating challenges or feeling stuck. I offer a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can feel heard, explore what matters to you, and work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll move at your pace to help you build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create a more fulfilling life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from The New School and a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. My training includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychoanalytic and humanistic approaches, and mind-body practices. While CBT provides a foundation for my work, I tailor treatment to your individual needs, preferences, and goals.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and accepting, with room for humor and honest conversation. I integrate mindfulness and other therapeutic approaches when they support your goals. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, we’ll work together to find what helps you move forward.
I offer teletherapy so you can access support from a comfortable, private space. Reach out for a free phone consultation to discuss your needs and see whether we’re a good fit.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
