Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I believe some of the most meaningful work we do in therapy is simply having a place where we can be honest about what’s going on in our lives.
I’ve experienced my own share of life changes and transitions, including navigating career changes, new chapters, and the many ways life can turn out differently than we expected. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach therapy. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely curious about people. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I won’t tell you how you should feel or what you should do.
Instead, I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work with you to find practical ways forward. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating a transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself, understood without judgment, and supported as you work toward the life you want.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
